At the time of booking:

Failure to pay the balance may result in booking cancellation
A refundable security deposit of โน2,000 - โน5,000 (depending on the property) may be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after check-out, subject to room inspection.
Our cancellation policy varies based on when you cancel your booking:
More than 7 days before check-in
100% refund of the amount paid (minus payment gateway charges of 2-3%)
3-7 days before check-in
50% refund of the total booking amount
Less than 3 days before check-in
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in
If you don't check in
100% of the booking amount will be forfeited in case of no-show
Once your cancellation is processed, refunds will be credited as follows:
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow additional time during weekends and holidays.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. We do not provide refunds via alternative payment methods.
If you need to modify your booking (change dates, room type, etc.):
Price differences, if any, will be charged or refunded based on the new booking details.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we may offer flexible rescheduling or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation.
No refunds will be provided for early checkouts or unused nights. However, you may be eligible for a discount on future bookings as a gesture of goodwill.
