guests. Please review and adhere to the following policies to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Early check-in may be available upon request (subject to availability)
- Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM
- Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
Check-Out Time
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Late check-out may be available upon request (additional charges may apply)
- Please return all keys and access cards at the time of check-out
- Room inspection will be conducted upon departure
Guest Identification & Registration
For security and legal compliance, all guests must provide valid identification:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter ID)
- All guests staying overnight must be registered at the reception
- Visitors must register at the front desk and may have restricted access hours
- For corporate bookings, company ID and authorization letter may be required
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa
Note: As per government regulations, we are required to maintain records of all
guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
House Rules
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain low noise levels between
10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior during these hours is not permitted.
Smoking Policy
All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged if smoking is detected in rooms or common areas.
Pets
Pets are generally not permitted. Some properties may allow pets with prior approval and a refundable
deposit. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
Guest Limit
The maximum occupancy for each room is clearly specified during booking. Additional guests beyond
this limit are not permitted without prior approval and may incur extra charges.
Safety & Security
- CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for your safety (not in private rooms)
- Keep your room locked when leaving and use the safe for valuables
- Do not share keys or access codes with unauthorized persons
- Report any suspicious activity to the management immediately
- Emergency exits and fire extinguishers are clearly marked—familiarize yourself with them
- Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security equipment
- In case of emergency, dial the 24/7 helpline or contact reception
Amenities & Facilities Usage
Common Areas
- Keep common areas clean and tidy after use
- Kitchen facilities are shared—clean utensils and appliances after use
- Do not move furniture or property belongings without permission
- Respect others using shared spaces
Wi-Fi & Internet
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for browsing and streaming
- Do not use excessive bandwidth for large downloads or torrenting
- Illegal activities or accessing prohibited content is strictly forbidden
Laundry
Laundry facilities may be available at select properties. Please follow usage instructions and
respect scheduled times.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund:
- Illegal activities of any kind, including possession of drugs or weapons
- Organizing parties or large gatherings without prior approval
- Causing damage to property or belongings
- Harassment or threatening behavior towards staff or other guests
- Subletting or unauthorized commercial use of the property
- Cooking with open flames or portable stoves in rooms (unless permitted)
- Using appliances that pose fire hazards
Violation of these rules may result in legal action and forfeiture of security deposit.
Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
- Treat staff, fellow guests, and property with respect
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Be responsible for the behavior of your visitors
- Follow all local laws and regulations
- Conserve water and electricity as much as possible
- Dispose of waste properly in designated bins
- Comply with all zingy Stays policies and staff instructions
Damages & Liability
- Accidental damages must be reported immediately to management
- Cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest
- Security deposits may be used to cover damages
- zingy Stays is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
- Use of valuables safe is recommended for important items
